Axion Roleplay – Terms of Service

By accessing or using Axion Roleplay (“AxionRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our FiveM server, Discord, website, and related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility

AxionRP is an 18+ community.

By joining, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

Providing false information may result in permanent removal.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Your Discord account

Your FiveM account

Any content posted under your identity

Sharing accounts is discouraged. You are liable for actions taken under your account.

3. Community Access Is a Privilege

Access to AxionRP is a privilege, not a right.

We reserve the right to:

Deny access

Remove members

Ban accounts

Wipe characters

Reset in-game assets

…at our discretion, with or without notice.

No refunds or compensation will be issued for lost access, in-game assets, or character progress.

4. Virtual Property & In-Game Assets

All in-game items, currency, characters, vehicles, and assets:

Have no real-world monetary value

Remain the property of AxionRP

May be modified, removed, or reset at any time

We are not liable for data loss due to wipes, updates, or technical issues.

5. Donations & Purchases

Any donations, contributions, or purchases made to support AxionRP:

Are voluntary

Are non-refundable

Do not grant ownership or control over the server

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent bans and legal action where applicable.

6. User Conduct

By using AxionRP, you agree:

Not to cheat, exploit, or use third-party modifications

Not to harass, threaten, or defame other members

Not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or overload server systems

Not to engage in illegal activity

We reserve the right to report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

7. Content & Media Usage

By participating in AxionRP, you acknowledge:

Your voice, character, and gameplay may appear in livestreams or recorded content.

We may use screenshots, clips, or media for promotional purposes.

You retain ownership of your personal content but grant AxionRP a non-exclusive license to display or promote community-related media.

8. No Affiliation

AxionRP is an independent community and is not affiliated with:

Rockstar Games

Take-Two Interactive

Cfx.re

All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

AxionRP is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for:

Service interruptions

Data loss

Personal disputes between members

Emotional distress resulting from in-game events

Hardware/software damage related to FiveM usage

Use the server at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Service

We may:

Modify server rules

Update gameplay mechanics

Reset economies

Remove features

Shut down the server

…at any time without prior notice.

11. Indemnification

By using AxionRP, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AxionRP, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

Your actions

Your violation of these Terms

Your misuse of the service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to rule violations or conduct deemed harmful to the community.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of AxionRP after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
